Hotfix 089 for 11.09.04.009
We had an issue in 11.09 whereby Function Keys were unable to be saved for non-System Admin users.
We were given access to the above hotfix and were advised to INSTALL IN VERSION 11.09.04.009 ONLY. The hotfix resolved the issue.
If anyone on 11.09.04.009 is experiencing the same issue, I would advise speaking with your T1 CRM prior.
Thanks Mark. We have also recently encountered this problem and you’re posting saves us wasting time trying to ‘fix’ or workaround the problem. The more hotfixes we can get on here, the better
